Welcome to the RISE UP CUP 2026,
The premier soccer tournament for young Women in Australia.
The tournament will take place (dates to be confirmed) on the stunning Coffs Coast NSW!

TBA: Girls, U12 Girls, U13 Girls.

Matchday
All U8-U13 Teams play 3 games per day (9 games in total). Each game is 2 x 15 minute halves.
All U14-17 Teams play 2 games per day (6 games in total). Each game is 2 x 20 minute halves.
Team sheets will be required before competition.
Leagues positions will be determined by points, goal difference, goals scored, head-to-head, coin toss.
Knockout games ending in a draw will go straight to penalties. 5 penalties each will be taken followed by
sudden death if needed.
Competition formats
Grading - teams will play in initial groups to allow for a grading process during the first 2-3 games.
Competition - following Grading, teams will move into various levels of Competition depending on the
number of team entries. In 2024 we had up to 4 Competitions (Premier, Championship, Europa, Conference).
Finals (Rankings) - in most Competitions there will be Finals (or Ranking games) to determine final
placements.
Costs
$1200 for U8, U9 Boys.
$1500 for U10, U11, U12, U13 Boys, U10/11, U12, U13 Girls.
$1900 for U14, U15, U16 Boys, U14/15, U16/17 Girls.
Teams can register an unlimited number of players.

Presentation
Trophies will be provided for the following;
Team trophy for the Winners of each Competition in each age group.
Team trophy for the Runners Up of each Competition in each age group.
Individual player medals for the Winners of each Competition in each age group.
Individual player medals for the Runners Up of each Competition in each age group.
Player MVP for each age group.
Leading Goalscorer for each age group.
Golden Glove for each age group.
Game time information
Teams will play two or three games per day (depending on their age group).
Games are generally played within a 3-5 hour period.
For example your first game could be at 9:30am, second at 11:00am, and third at 12:30pm.
This allows teams, players, and families time away from the tournament to enjoy the Gold Coast.
Registration process
Team coach/ manager to fill in the EOI form below.
Event organisers will then contact to confirm the registration and offer any further details.
Registration will be completed on our Cup Management system and the team deposit to be paid.
Remaining payment, a team photo, and individual player registration must be finalised at a designated date
prior to the tournament start
